Limble

4 months. 2 designers. 1 massive rebrand. See how I helped lead the total visual transformation of Limble while supporting a global enterprise in real-time.

Introduction

The Four-Month Transformation.

When I joined Limble, we didn't have the luxury of a slow transition. We were tasked with a complete company-wide rebrand, and the clock was ticking: four months to overhaul everything. Working as a lean team of two alongside the Creative Director (who started the same day I did), I helped architect and launch a fresh, modern identity for the leader in CMMS software. We weren't just changing colors; we were building a new visual foundation for a company that was scaling faster than ever.

Challenges

Designing While Moving.

The challenge was twofold: we had to reimagine the future of the Limble brand while simultaneously supporting the present. We were responsible for every department’s needs—from marketing and sales to HR—using the legacy branding to keep the business running, while secretly pitching and building the new look. It was a high-volume, high-pressure environment where we had to be incredibly decisive. There was no room for "over-designing"—every move had to be strategic, scalable, and ready for a global rollout.

Solutions

A Unified Launch.

We solved this by creating a "Parallel Workflow." While supporting daily operations, we rebuilt the brand system from the ground up—reimagining marketing collateral, sales decks, and even partnering with the product team to ensure the SaaS UX felt like a natural extension of the new brand. By staying highly collaborative and agile, we delivered a cohesive, premium identity that felt like it belonged to a market leader. We proved that a small, focused team could deliver the output of a full agency when strategy and art are perfectly aligned. I mean, 4 months and two people…come on…I'm proud of that!
